As for me, rooms were impeccably clean and well-designed, they offered a refrigerator and glassware. The breakfast was fantastic, it consisted of coffee and breads. The location was great and beautiful, in the middle of jackson, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

Secluded spot right next to the rainforest and beautiful greenery, plus you're close to the national parks 🌿. the service overall was top-notch. Our stay was fantastic, and we'd definitely come back for another visit.

Our bungalow was beautiful and cozy, located next to a secluded rainforest on the Big Island - truly marvelous.

The hosts were welcoming and provided personalized service. Breakfast included fresh fruit and homemade meals. The location was secluded yet accessible to attractions. The retreat's landscaping was well-maintained. The bungalow was as good as a fine hotel.

The service here was fantastic and it's great to have parking available on site.

Spending my Xmas at this hotel was ok. the breakfast served was complimentary and actually tasty, it was a nice surprise. the location was close to hiking trails and restaurants, which was a plus. the view from my room was also breathtaking.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks offered by the owners. The location of the hotel provided easy access to the nearby national parks and added to the overall experience. Furthermore, the hot tub was a definite highlight and I enjoyed spending time there.

Although the room had all the necessary amenities, the cleanliness was below average and it negatively impacted my experience. Additionally, the breakfast served was underwhelming and unappetizing.

volcano eco retreat exceeded our expectations! the stunning grounds, immaculate rooms, and unmatched hospitality made it a highlight of our trip. the homemade breakfasts and packed snacks were a delightful touch. a gem not to be missed, especially for nature lovers!

The location was perfect to explore nearby national parks. The well-maintained grounds and clean rooms impressed us. The breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the hotel.

The hot tub was not functional during our stay, and the staff didn't let us know in advance. That was quite a letdown for us.
